The K10 Plus is a new version of Switchbot's Mini robot vacuum. The latest version comes with an Anti-Tangle Rubber Brush, Advanced Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) sensor and an upgraded suction capacity that goes up to 3000Pa, which provides superior corner coverage and overall cleaning.
The K10 Plus uses SLAM navigation, a simple app and a thorough cleaning process. The PSD sensor and rotary brush work together to navigate around furniture. The four-stage cleaning process is a consolidated method that collects, lifts and sweeps debris from floors and carpets. The dust bin automatically emptys itself and you don't need to worry about emptying it frequently.
You can also mark areas in the space you don't want the device to access for pets or power cords. This is a feature that's found on most robotic vacuums, and it's useful when you have specific areas in the home that need more attention than others.
You can set the K10 Plus to return to its base station every 60 90, 75 or 60 minutes to automatically empty its dust bin. This is a major improvement over other robots which require a return trip and manually emptied. It could save you a lot of time.
In my tests I found that the K10 Plus had a very good battery life result. It lasted for 110 minutes in a single run, which is higher than the iRobot Roomba Combo Essential's 127 minutes.
The K10 Plus has a fairly compact design, which makes it easy to put under furniture or tight spaces. It is connected to Wi-Fi and supports Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri shortcuts. It integrates with IFTTT Samsung SmartThings, Samsung SmartThings and IFTTT. The app tracks the use of its accessories, such as the filter, side brushes and dust bag to let you know when it's time to replace them.
